Tower in Moscow
This tower is located at 9th km of Moscow city center towards north, near famous
palace in Moscow named "Ostankino". The tower was commissioned in 1963. Since then,
the tower established widespread telecommunications cover in Moscow and its surroundings.
It stands 540 meters. Conical tower base is measured as high as 63 meters with average
diameters of 60 meters at large. Approx. 15,000 square meters of the tower spaces
can be used. Vision platform of the tower is located as high as 360 meters. Floor
of vision platform is made of glass panels which will provide the possibility of
observing from below part.
