 Milad Sky Tower Company was established with the aim of exploitation of Milad Tower Complex. As an effective and efficient monument, Milad Tower is located in metropolis Tehran. The tower enjoys the capability of offering outstanding and sustainable services in line with realizing most objectives of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This magnificent complex benefits from creative and experienced expert engineers, enjoying efficient and wise management activities. Expert engineers of the tower enjoy unique and unparalleled capabilities for realizing objectives and policies of the complex. In the same direction, ceding and implementing the following facilities and amenities is supervised, managed and committed at this giant complex which includes:
- Telecommunications facilities,
- Trade centers,
- Recreational, welfare and tourism centers,
- Conferences center of Milad Tower.
This giant and magnificent complex has been established in 1995 on a land area as large as approx. 15,000 ha, on Kouy-e Nasr Hills, located at Tehran North-West Highway road network. The tower is bounded on the north to Hemmat Highway, on the east to Chamran Highway, on the south to Hakim highway and on the west to Sheikh Fazlollah Nouri highway. Presently, this complex includes Milad Tower and conferences center. The following facilities will be added to the complex at the next phase which includes:
- 5-star hotel,
- Trade centers,
- Administrative and trade complex,
