Milad tower has been comprised of three closed salons, cafeteria sight salon, free art gallery, revolving restaurant, open sight platform, VIP restaurant, conferences hall and sky dome.
1. Closed Vision Salon This
floor has been designed and constructed with the aim of providing possibility of using Tehran sceneries and sightseeing in all seasons of year. In the same direction, a number of cameras have been considered with the aim of observing specific and scenery views of Tehran at this floor (closed observation deck).
2. Cafeteria of Vision Salon Closed
vision platform has been constructed and designed at this floor with the aim of entertaining dear visitors. The possibility of visual communications between this floor and closed vision platform are other salient specifications of this ambience.
3. Public Art Gallery The
Public Art Gallery has been constructed and designed with the aim of showcasing and displaying art works and organizing short-term exhibitions. Existence of various art galleries along with easing possibility observing closed vision platform is of the other salient specification of this gallery. The possibility of eating Iranian foods and international cuisine at the time of watching sightseeing views of Tehran is salient specification. Dynamic sector of revolving restaurant revolves 360 degrees in each hour, aimed at easing possibility of observing Tehran from all angles. This floor has been equipped with very beautiful and comfortable furniture. Beautiful designing of floor and ceiling along with bas-relief motifs on wall, showing an image of Shahnameh, is of the other salient attractive features of it.
4. Open
Vision Platform With having the highest level at head structure, this floor has been designed and constructed with the aim of possibility of using views of surroundings at appropriate seasons of the year. The possibility of enjoying surrounding views in open air is the other unique and unparalleled attraction of open vision platform. Various cultural and tourism performances at the closed area of this floor has been considered with the aim of offering appropriate services to tourists.
5. Special Restaurant
With its specific and magnificent space, this floor provides the possibility of organizing and entertaining special guests for conducting trade activities. Furniture of this floor has been designed and inspired with traditional motifs and images, providing an appropriate space for introducing culture of the country.
6. Milad Tower Conferences Center
Conferences and Festivals International Center has been constructed in eight

approx. 50,000 square meters built-up area, which includes a main hall, accommodating 1,700 people, and eight side halls, accommodating 60 to 100 people at large. Advanced and sophisticated facilities of this structure have been considered for organizing various cinematic festivals, conferences as well as performing musical concerts. Thanks to its facilities of very high light, sound, and image effects and also enjoying largest and widest feature-length movie screen in the country, Conferences and Festivals International Center is considered as the most equipped, most modern and advanced conferences salon in the country.
7.Sky Dome
Very beautiful glassy dome, considered as cover of this floor, provides the possibility of taking advantage of very beautiful scenery of sky for visitors and tourists.
