Comparing Milad Tower with Other Similar Towers in World
Milad Tower, modern symbol of Tehran city, has been constructed as high as 435 meters at large.
Milad Tower is considered as world 4th tallest telecommunications tower. It has been constructed between Shahrak-e Gharb and Gisha districts of Tehran.
In other words, it stands 435 meters (1,427 ft).
In terms of its head structure, Milad Tower is the first and largest concrete structure in world.
Milad Tower consists of five main parts: foundation, transition (lobby) structure, main body (shaft) and head structure and antenna mast. Total usable land area of the towers stands at 30,000 square meters. Tower vision platform has been located at 261 and 280-m height, easing the possibility of observing all parts of Tehran from its head point.
Milad Tower enjoys various tourism, recreational and entertaining attractions. Milad Tower's revolving restaurant has been constructed at 6th floor of its head structure as high as 276 square meters and is regarded as the largest revolving restaurant in the world.
